The use of Chamomile oil has been described in texts from ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome. Comprised of calming properties, Chamomile Essential Oil is a wonderful ingredient to help soothe your spirit as well as your complexion. Its Potent antioxidant elements make Chamomile Oil an essential part of your skin detox.
Harvested when the first flowers start to appear, Roman Chamomile is often picked in the afternoons of June and July. As soon as it is collected, Roman Chamomile must be distilled to preserve the essential oil's benefits and high quality.

Bath & Shower: Awaken your senses by adding up to 5 drops in 2 tbsp of bath oil, shower gel, or carrier oil.
Beauty: Relax your body and mind while nourishing your skin. Use up to 8 drops in 1 tbsp of carrier oil, creams, and serums.
Diffusers & Burners: Embrace the moment. Add 8 to 10 drops in a diffuser or burner.
For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Patch test before use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use essential oils on children under 5 years old. Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy or if under a doctor’s care.
Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
Blend Suggestions
Blends well with: Clary Sage, Grapefruit, Lemon, and Tea Tree essential oil
Diffuser: Add 8 to 10 drops in a diffuser to create a soothing ambiance.
Body Oil: Mix up a perfectly nourishing and soothing body oil. Add 6 drops of Chamomile oil to an ounce (30ml) of Sweet Almond oil.
DIY Spray: Create your own sleeping spray by adding a total of 10 to 15 drops of Chamomile and Lavender essential oil to an ounce (30ml) of water. Shake well before use.
