LED Light Therapy is a painless and relaxing at home treatment that plumps up ageing skin by boosting collagen production and treats mild to moderate acne and pigmentation.

LED is completely safe and works by sending energy-producing packets of light into the deeper layers of the skin. These light rays jump-start internal processes like circulation, collagen production and help decrease inflammation in the skin.

LED rays (light emitting diodes) are wavelengths that are able to pass through tissue up to 2cms deep. Different colour rays have different skin benefits. This mask offers red, blue and yellow light therapy.

Red light has beneficial effects on cells by kick-starting them into immediately creating more ATP (cellular energy) and increasing DNA and RNA activity. It stimulates the fibroblasts that produce collagen which gives young skin its plump look.

Yellow Light improves skin tone by reducing pigmentation and proliferates cells. Used to flush waste from the skin, boost lymphatic flow and increase cellular growth, it aids in cell turnover/production of new skin cells. Yellow light therapy improves the oxygen exchange in the cells and accelerates blood circulation and tone, texture and skin quality are significantly enhanced.

Blue Light is used for it's anti-bacterial benefits when treating acne. This specific wavelength (470nm) stimulates the production of oxygen radicals that kill P.Acnes bacteria (the acne causing bacteria) and improves Rosacea without damaging the skin. It is also effective for fading/removing scars, marks and blemishes.

Charge the mask with the USB cable provided.
Whilst charging cleanse your skin thoroughly with an appropriate cleanser to meet your specific skin goals.
